Working with Robert was an overall successful experience. He was quite friendly at the viewing and the initial stages of the purchase. He had a good knowledge of the property and the market. During later stages, he became quite pushy, which made things more stressful than they had to be. Upon the finalisation, we had a disagreement over something rather trivial that was clearly stated in the contract. He then was very rude and aggressive and I directed all further contact through my conveyancer. He later apologised but it definitely made me realise the initial friendliness was skin deep. I like my apartment but will not work with Newstead Realty again.
