Let me start by saying that, without exception, I generally do not do reviews/references but am making an exception in Robert's case as I was very pleased with his performance and the outcomes achieved. Our property represented a difficult 'sell' because it was a narrow market and we had tested the market for several years on and off. I went back to Robert because I thought he 'gave it a good try' some years ago. As said above, he was always responsive and professional and energetic. I was particularly impressed with his advice that he thought we should wait for 2/3 years because the future development around the site area would be beneficial. Instead though, we wanted a sale and Robert delivered promptly and at a pleasingly high price.
