Appointed Robert and his team for the sale of our 1 bedroom apartment in Brisbane’s Teneriffe area. Mandate was always going to be a challenge given the uniqueness of the property both within the existing apartment stock (very large 1 bedroom apartment, closer in reality to a penthouse style apartment) and also within the broader market. The latter in particular was experiencing a significant increase in new supply thanks to ongoing Newstead developments which provided an undercurrent of uncertainty as to how the apartment would be seen in the market. Robert and his team showed real foresight in their market positioning, were incredibly attentive, and always willing to assist in any way possible. We could not be happier with the result they achieved for us and we cannot recommend them more highly!!!
