Robert originally sold us our apartment & was fantastic to deal with as a buyer, no mucking around and a good negotiator. He is the only agent that made the effort to make contact with us post sale and just keep on contact. So when we decided to move OS Robert was the only agent that we considered right to sell our unit, I have sold several properties myself in the past and as tempting as it was to try with this one I felt that Roberts professional, experience & personality would get us the best result. We weren't wrong, in a market where units have been on the market for over 6 months and even one in our complex had been for sale this long, ours was SOLD in 2 weeks at a price that we were very happy with. If we could give over 5 stars then we would!

We were looking at selling one of our Brisbane CBD apartments in 2016. Spoke to a few agents and a lot of them told me the market was not as good. This was indeed a fact, but it was not why we did not go with these agents, but their lack of enthusiasm and attention to detail. Selling or buying a property can be emotional and I am so pleased I had Robert from Newstead Realty looking after the sale of our family home which has been in our family for a number of generations. I was impressed Robert's marketing strategy. Each week Robert would change the marketing blurb from the potential buyer feedback the previous week. It was like targeting a different clientele each week . The unit sold within the predicted time frame . I was kept informed at all times and I am grateful that he was able to sell the unit with minimal interruption to the existing tenants.
