Failure - after having our house for sale for 5 months with arguably Mornington’s largest real estate agents we had not sold our home. We had very poor numbers at Open for Inspections. Rob worked very hard to meet our expectations in spite of a tough market and stiff competition. It didn't help that a neighbour put her property on the market at the same time with a set price less than what we were hoping to get for ours. In spite of these factors, Rob still managed to get a buyer to increase his offer to well within our range and with very short settlement period.
