In real estate, in this instance, you get what you pay for. An insightful approach to relationships, marketing, preparation and follow up. My apartment was one of three - the front one sold by another agent in only 8 months - mine sold in 8 days - because of the guidance and professional approach to presentation and actually engaging interested buyers. All that done with a lot less BS than expected. However, vendors have to be prepared to listen and implement his suggestions which can take more time and resources than you might think.
