Wish I have couple more houses for sale so I can give him to Robert to sell him for me

We had a good experience dealing with Robert Macciocu when selling our unit in Labrador. We are interstate owners so we had to place our trust in Robert, his knowledge of the area and his proven sales record, we were not disappointed. I would recommend Robert to any potential vendor. Robert was able to give two examples of sales he had conducted in our complex and was confident he could get a better price than both of these. He kept us informed and completed a sale on the first open day.

I have been asked to give a review on our recent purchase through Robert Maccioucu and Harcourts Realty. Robert did not really have the sell the house as the property did that on its own, it is quite lovely. The whole process I found quite stressful mainly due to our unique situation being self-employed and trying to settle finance and the like around the Christmas period is not ideal. I did find that Robert phoned a lot for updates that I just could not give him. I understand he was acting in the interests of the seller's, however that added to the already mounting stress. What I did not like was in our pre-settlement inspection I noted that there were a lot of holes in the walls from removal of nails that had hung pictures and that the brackets for the T.V's were missing and asked why, to which he told me that if I wanted to 'keep the tv brackets, that I should have made that known as a special condition/clause in the contract. I sought legal advice on this to which I was told that that is nonsense and that in actual fact if the sellers wanted to keep the tv brackets they are the ones that should have put that in the contract, as brackets are classified as 'fixtures' and are to stay with the property. Same with the nails/bolts they should have been left rather than having holes dotted through out the property. So to sum up my experience with Robert, not overly impressed. Ps they have the wrong surname listed.

We have sold 5 properties with Robert and would never use anyone else as he works to acheive the best possible price in the shortest possible time.

Robert is very dedicated to the ultimate goal of the sale. He spends time to discuss the market and compares properties so that we have confidence on the market and the likelihood of a sale. He had recently sold a couple of units in this building, he was completely up to date with the market. He arranged for several parties to view the unit and one of those bought our unit. We were delighted with the outcome and speed of the sale. Robert was there every step of the way to make it a smooth transaction.

In fact the whole team at Harcourts Coastal is by far the best real estate agency we have dealt with after having met a few I realised that this was the culture of the agency and Robert is at the forefront.
