Robert was very prompt upon my first enquiry about the property; he was prompt at responding to queries that suited him but not so much to find a balance between mine and the tenant/sellers suited times, questions he was unable to answer - are still unanswered (emails sitting without response) - I am very happy with the property but would not use Harcourts or Robert in the future. He spoke of prior house faults like they were nothing (water leaks and wall damage) announcing ‘knowledge’ about costing it would be to fix and it was well off the mark - luckily we did not take these comments on board but I worry for some people who would fall for it.
