I used the services of Robert for both buying and selling. I realised his professionalism and great happy go lucky attitude. His expert knowledge of realestate really stands out. I first bought some land and then 12 months later sold through him aswell. On both occasions I knew exactly what was going on. I couldn't rate him highly enough.

I found Robert to be helpful, prompt and personable.

Rob was always willing to help out in anyway he could even after the sale went through with contact advise for local trades, even lent me his trailer so I could move some old belongings. Will definitely use hes expertise again for the next purchase.

Better than anyone. Top bloke. Been in the business long enough to the tyre kickers from the big ballers. Would definitely hire him for buyer or selling.

The last time I purchased a property was 25 years ago...how times have changed! Every step of the process was handled with diligence, compassion and empathy. Robert put my mind at ease and ultimately gave me the confidence I needed to progress through to the final process of buying my new home. My numerous questions (phone calls and text messages)were responded to swiftly and concisely with utmost professionalism. We were so impressed with Robert that my wife and myself had no hesitation to ask Robert to sell our house in Perth for us! Thank you Robert and LJ Hooker.
