Rob and his team were amazing to work with. They took the stress out of the renting and selling process and handled our asset with professionalism and brilliant communication. We knew the whole process was in good hands. We got the outcome we wanted to achieve and this was all due to Rob and his team. We are very grateful and would highly recommend Rob and the team at LJ Hooker for all of your property needs.
Robert Miloseski was the selling agent when I purchased my block in Hopetoun and it was great to have such a professional service when you are living 400kms away. He was professional, courteous and prompt in all aspects of assisting the purchase which went smoothly. Naturally when it came time to sell my block due to changed plans I engaged Robert to sell it and received that same professionalism and I am very comfortable in recommending his services to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Hopetoun region.
Both my wife and myself found that Robert and his staff were very helpful. It made our decision to purchase the block in Hopetoun very easy. The information we needed he provided and our experience thus far has been excellent.
Robert was a pleasure to deal with. Our property settled yesterday and Robert always answered my calls, answered my questions and recommended local services/trades to get things done. He didn’t waste any time and did what he said he would. Very happy.
Robert sold a property of mine in Hopetoun. Took less than a couple of weeks to get an offer and settlement is due soon. The process was quick, simple and easy with Robert. Glad to be getting out of Hopetoun, the Shire of Ravensthorpe are a joke!
Robert has been always helpful and considerate of our needs. Always with a smile. We have appreciated everything along the way.
Robert is a great agent to deal with as a buyer, very helpful and friendly.
Robert is easy to talk to and answered all our question quickly and made the process as smooth as possible.
Communication with Rob was easy and always prompt. His professional yet pleasant demeanor was much appreciated when purchasing our first home. Thanks Rob!
Robert made our property search very easy. He was flexible when arranging inspections to work with our schedule. He came up with options to work for both the buyers needs and ours. All in all he made the whole purchase process very very smooth. Will certainly use him again with the next purchase.
Robert is an absolute dream to work with, his kindness and caring personality, makes the whole process run so much better.
Rob was an efficient communicator and was always willing to help. He went out of his way to assist us in the buying process in terms of inspections and obtaining extra information on the house. Rob is a genuine person who is a pleasure to deal with.
