Robert helped the reviewer sell this property

very positive experience

I am very happy with the experience had with Robert Minto in selling my property. He was honest and accurate in his estimation of the value of my property. He took into account the price I needed to get and we negotiated what I could afford in terms of advertising costs etc. He provided timely updates so I always knew what was happening with the process and provided reassurance and encouragement at all stages. I got a price I was very satisfied with in a very short period of time. Both the price and timeframe for my property sale were very close to Roberts estimation and actually exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this agent.
