Our sale process went just like Robert Peaker said it would. Robert was very good work with. He sold our property at a good price. As we were selling and buying it was quite tricky to get all the ducks in a row in an orderly fashion. The challenges included having to switch banks for loan finance at the last minute (our banker had missed some steps in the process and they were going to be delays in the approval of the loan) before we put in the unconditional offer to purchase and also getting in before another potential buyer (several around) snapped up the property we wanted to buy.
