We enjoyed the purchase process with Rob. His local knowledge and communication was excellent throughout. The reason we cannot bring ourselves to giving Rob 5 stars for negotiating is that we were the buyers and interestingly whilst we didn't exactly get our own way in the negotiations, we still don't believe we paid too much for the property. If we were the seller, Rob would get 5 stars!
