Robert was a great help during the purchase process which took place right over christmas time. He took time out from his holiday to ensure the inspections could take place and the sale could progress as planned.

Robert did a good job and sold the property for what i wanted. Smooth admin with good follow up and was very efficient. Judy and I had been with two other Real Estate Companies, neither of which had been able to secure us a realistic Offer. When we signed up with Robert he was very helpful in showing us comparative Sales of similar Properties in the Area. This was very useful in our Expectations of what our Property was worth and not an exaggerated Figure which the other two Companies put forth to gain our Listing. Robert communicated with us on a regular Basis, informing us of Emails, Phone Calls and the Results of Open Home Inspections. He was also proactive in obtaining Leads from potential Purchasers who had looked at other Apartments and hadn't made up their Minds yet. We had more open Homes and private Inspections in the first Month with Him than we did in 3 Months with the other two Companies. We were also happy that He was able to increase an original Offer from our Purchasers by $7,000 and were able yo obtain an Offer $12.000 higher than the previous Best we had received from the other two Companies.
