Robert is a diligent and patient person who goes out of his way to be helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He is punctual and conscientious without resorting to hype or shark-like behaviour. I am grateful he made a stressful process relatively relaxed. Robert deserves a big thumbs up for his honesty, respectfulness knowledge of the market and relaxed professionalism.

I had been searching for a home down the South Coast from Sydney on and off for a couple of years and had meet several agents in the Gerroa, Gerringong, Kiama area. When the time came and I sold my Sydney property I contacted Robert and he took control of the search. He had a list of propertys available for viewing and quickly honed in on my wants, needs and wishes. I was endeared to one particular property but unfortunatly so was someone else. In the race to the exchange I lost but Robert had another like property up his sleave and that proved tobe the one. While first mourning the loss of the earlier property I think in hindsight this property is better for me than the first and am looking forward to spending the next stage of my life in what I believe will be a wonderful home in a delightful area with a magnificent view. Robert was extremely accommodating as I tried to negotiate a very unfamiliar situation. His patience with my need to cope with guiding my Alzheimer’s suffering husband through the process of purchasing a property was appreciated. When we asked for a second inspection, as the first inspection was limited to 30 minutes, we were only given one option which was 1.5 hrs before the cooling off period expired despite us requesting this inspection 4 days prior. The reason we were given for this delayed inspection was that the vendors were busy which doesn't make sense as the vendors weren't going to be there anyway. We were pushed for time on both inspections and then felt pushed to get contracts signed. Robert was looking over our shoulders during both inspections (despite asking Robert on both inspections if we could wander through ourselves). Maybe Robert felt he needed to be present in case we had questions, however we would have found him and asked if we did have queries.
Robert always communicated feedback from potential buyers straight away. Communication was definitely a strong point. He was very motivated and worked hard to achieve the results we wanted.
We dealt only with Robert Perea who was very professional and helpful. His service was excellent and he had a great knowledge of the market. We would recommend Raine & Horne, and particularly Robert, to people requiring real estate services.
