Rob always presented in a professional manner, and was thorough. As promised, he kept us informed regarding interest in the property. He handled the auction quite well. One of the reasons we chose Rob was that we knew that he was conducting the open houses himself, and was also conducting the auction. A minor disappointment was that after the auction and document signing, there was little in the way of celebration activities - this was a major event for us, and it seemed a bit rushed after the sale.
