Rob was an outstanding agent. He was more than the usual professional real estate agent you would expect. He did have outstanding communication skills. He was spot on with his price estimate. He did return calls and give prompt feedback from open for inspections. But additionally, he went beyond the call of duty. He vacuumed a dusty carpet, made an unmade bed and did the dishes for a tenant that was perhaps not as reliable as an owner my wish a tenant to be. Rob did these chores without hesitation and sold our property above reserve on auction day.
