WOW! Just.... WOW. My wife and I already had an agent lined up (but we hadn't yet engaged) to sell our home but a chance meeting at an open home we were looking at was where we met Rob. Robert was a strong negotiator and squeezed that last dollar out of us to get the best offer for the seller. Having said that he was also very good at mediation between the seller and ourselves after the building and pest inspection found $30k worth of issues.
