Rob was always available to answer any question or concern and I believe he established a had a good rapport with both the US (the buyer) and the seller and was able to facilitate communication between both parties well.
I've not come across an agent with more duty to seeing a process through than Russell. He is a very polite, considered and a pleasant person to deal with, all while being extremely committed to the finer details of the job.
