Robert was a strong negotiator and squeezed that last dollar out of us to get the best offer for the seller. Having said that he was also very good at mediation between the seller and ourselves after the building and pest inspection found $30k worth of issues. He worked hard and late into the night to keep the deal together and find the middle ground which was acceptable to both parties.
