Robert is a professional who does NOT blow his own trumpet. He has good relational skills ie listens well and asks lots of questions making sure he understands your particular situation. He often checked in on how we were going with levels of busy-ness and stress. He kept us informed throughout the sales campaign and no question was pushed to the side as being not relevant. I felt that I could contact him at any time about any issues I had. His knowledge about all things real estate is obvious to see, as is the fact that he loves his job. He also has a good sense of humour. There is a lot to be done when preparing a house for sale and he was always patient and encouraging. He has a very good team of capable staff assisting him, including his PA, photographer, videographer, stylist, copy writer, floor plan writer, floor polisher, window and house cleaners to mention a few. These are all people I was comfortable having inside our house, which was important. He was realistic about all possible outcomes leading up to the auction which was very helpful.
