On my initial meeting with Rob Sheahan, having spoken to two other Agent earlier that week, I knew instantly he was the man for the job. The previous two agents, while being able to assist with the sale, lacked the warm, caring feeling of connection I felt with Rob. The ability to feel totally comfortable and relax with the 'right' agent was most important to me. It should never be about the price and when speaking with Agent's its important for you both to be on the same page when it comes to such an important decision as selling your house.
