I've watched Rob working in the local area for many years; from the time he began at a smaller agency I could tell he was one to watch so it was no surprise when he moved to Fletcher's. When it came time to sell my home I knew I would be getting Rob to sell it so I didn't need to waste any time talking to other agents. He knows the market and maybe more importantly he knows how to talk to people; factors which together are a winning combination.

I was not initially going to use Fletchers, however Rob, and David convinced me to let them present for a chance at my listing. The presentation was credible and thorough, and personslised. Rob mms'd me a video after the presentation and it sealed the deal. Rob, together with David, marketed my property just as the market shifted down. It was a tougher sell than expected but Rob remained positive, was both persistent and resilient, and kept up communications with me. Whilst my auction was not a positive result, my expectations were managed, and together Rob and David negotiated a sale I was comfortable with a few weeks later. Rob and his team, particularly Katie, helped us arrange a team of contractors to bring the house up to sale standard whilst we were living in Queensland. This was done efficiently and would have taken a lot more time on Fletcher’s behalf than a normal sale. Emails , photos and phone calls were always handled in a timely and informative fashion. They really went the extra mile to help us. Rob was upfront about the challenging market conditions since Christmas and proposed a strategy that produced a positive result for us.
