Rob is an AMAZING agent and auctioneer. He has such a strong knowledge of real estate, what it takes to sell and negotiate with buyers to achieve the best results. Rob mms'd me a video after the presentation and it sealed the deal. Rob, together with David, marketed my property just as the market shifted down. It was a tougher sell than expected but Rob remained positive, was both persistent and resilient, and kept up communications with me. Whilst my auction was not a positive result, my expectations were managed, and together Rob and David negotiated a sale I was comfortable with a few weeks later.
