From the moment I first phoned Rob to sell my family home I knew I was in good hands. Within a couple of hours of calling Rob he was sitting at my dining table, fully prepared to talk me through his plans for the sale. One of Rob's team called me before the auction started and kept me informed of how the auction was progressing. My heart was in my mouth as the bids crept upwards. When I heard Rob shout out "SOLD" at more than $70,000 over the reserve, I had a moment of clarity, realising "this is why I got the experts to sell the property for me".
