Choosing Robert Sheahan from Fletchers Real Estate Blackburn turned out to be the best decision I could possibly have made. I met with at least 6 other agents over a 12 month period and even went as far as signing with a local agent six months prior to meeting Robert. It became apparent very quickly that this local agent was all front and no substance and the prospect of selling my home was becoming extremely stressful and daunting. When a close friend suggested I meet with Robert to get his opinion, I was hesitant but agreed. From the moment I met Robert I just knew he was the perfect fit, he spoke openly and honestly about his opinion of the value of my property which I found extremely refreshing, no smoke screens just facts.
