The decision to choose Rob over other agencies was easy as he genuinely helped me out twice in the past through providing appraisals and recommended tradesmen to assist with the renovation without expecting any thing in return. I was impressed even more after engaging Rob to help sell my home as he provided insights and took the time to explain his recommendations that I found other agencies lacked. Selling a major asset like a family home is nerve wrecking. However, I always had the confidence in Rob to do a great job and was always on top of things.
