I have never had much time for real estate agents. Rob is a exception in my eyes, he is a great guy. Rob has helped us through every single part of the process. I was meant to choose out of 3 agents but after meeting Rob I could tell he was the one. I'm so glad that I did. I'm normally not one to advise people on who to use for anything incase they let me down. But I have been telling everyone what a great real estate agent Rob is and if you need one he's your man.

Robert was really helpful, acting on behalf of the seller, Robert still made the home buying process simple for us and was always prompt to respond to any questions we had. He was upfront and direct without beating around the bush, and he gave us advice along the way that helped us navigate the process (whilst making sure he still maintained his professional obligations to the seller and general ethical obligations) this can be a really hard line to walk and I believe Robert did a commendable job.

Rob is very experienced and knowledgeable and made the whole process of selling really easy. He is realistic and will tell you the truth. We had an conditional offer after three weeks, an unconditional offer three weeks after that, and settlement three weeks after that. The whole process from signing up to settlement only took nine weeks. We would definitely use Rob again.

Rob, Was given the task of selling out second Unit, which turned out to be quite difficult with the tenants who had a few months on there lease remaining and made it hard to gain entry or sell the property. Rob attempted on numerous occasions to try and fit within the expectations of the tenants and always acted in a professional and curious manor at all time. (which didn't make a lot of difference to the tenants) Unfortunately the sale did not proceed until the expiry date of the tenants lease and they had vacated the premises. ROB again amazed us with his excellent ability to find the right buyer and went that extra yard to gain more for the sale of the property than was expected. Selling the property within 2 weeks and finalising settlement within 3 weeks. We have no hesitation in recommending ROB to anyone...
