Without a doubt, Robert Terley is the best in the business! From the first time I met him at an open house, I knew he was going to be the one to sell my townhouse! Robert is warm and friendly and went above and beyond our expectations especially with negotiating and excellent sale price for our home! He put our mind at ease with ongoing open communication leading up to and during the sales campaign as well as also suggesting certain items which would improve the appeal of our home to potential buyers. He also employs an excellent network of people whom assisted with our every need. The photographer was fantastic, his office staff are so lovely and willing to bend over backwards for you and the assisting agent was a hit with the kids. Overall, selling our home with Robert Terley was an excellent, stress free and enjoyable experience which is not what I expected to start with. My whole family and I love Robert and have already recommended him to dozens of people who were looking to buy or sell. He's awesome!

Position Realty is a very impressive agency. I dropped them an email on my property requirement and they called me straight away to confirm what I was looking for. One day I received a call about an off market property, I inspected the property 1 week later, made an offer the same day, gave a buffer where Rob managed to close the deal on.
