I engaged the Services of Robert Terley on the referral from a friend. From beginning to end, Robert kept me updated and provided great guidance on all aspects of the property sale. This included pricing, campaign structure, house preparation amongst other sound advice. House sold at the price we discussed at commencement of our negotiations through Robert's commitment and dedication to my property. Outstanding service, exactly what you expect and require from an agent.

Position Realty is a very impressive agency. I dropped them an email on my property requirement and they called me straight away to confirm what I was looking for. One day I received a call about an off market property, I inspected the property 1 week later, made an offer the same day, gave a buffer where Rob managed to close the deal on. The following day, the bank came for evaluation and the contract was signed the next day. Too easy!!!! It was a stress free purchase and there is little that I had to do as everything was taken care of by Rob and his team. Amazing experience! Thank you Rob and team.

Robert is highly recommended

From the moment Robert walked in the door we knew we were on a winner. He not only had the usual paperwork shown by other agents, Robert also had his own portfolio for the sale of our property, which showed us he had done his research and knew the property and the area. Along with his own resume made us sure we were going to get the result we wanted. The result greatly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Robert and his team at Position Reality Rose Bay.

Rob was extremely helpful throughout the whole purchasing process. He answered all of our questions promptly and allowed us to view the property whenever we requested it. His honest manner was refreshing and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I recently sold my Kingsford property through Robert Terley of Position Realty. From the moment I met Rob I found him to be warm, honest and trustworthy. He understood the market and provided me with a solid marketing plan and sound market data. He went above and beyond what I had expected and the result he achieved from the sale is a testament to his hard work! He ran a brilliant campaign that produced record views of the apartment online. He always followed up with all interested parties and reported back to me after each inspection. I couldn’t recommend Rob any higher, he is a likeable guy that knows his business and achieves amazing result, when I sell again I know it will use Robert Terley.

Our involvement with Position Realty was nothing short of exceptional. We were kept informed every step of the way. Selling/buying homes is stressful in itself. Position Realty provided us with confidence and comfort and they achieved a result that was both realistic and affordable.

Rob Terley is very passionate about real estate. He is clear on his goal to achieve a good result for both the vendor and the buyer. I have used him twice to sell property and he achieved above expectation in both instances. I highly recommend Robert to anyone looking for an honest, hard working agent to sell their property.

From the moment I met Robert Terley I was impressed by his sound advice, marketing style and approach to selling. Within a week of my town house being placed on the market, it had been sold. It was a truly painless experience - unlike other occasions when I had sold properties. He was so likeable, warm and friendly and I always felt he had my best interests at heart. He was a SUPERSTAR.

Robert was fantastic throughout the entire process of selling our apartment. He is very knowledgeable and always has time for his clients. The use of strong negotiation skills resulted in exceeding our expectations on the property sale price. I have used Robert on 2 occasions and would highly recommend him.
