We gave Rob and Julie, what can only be described as an interesting property to sell. Our family had lived in the house for 68 years. And had seen our pleasant bushland setting change as the main road became much busier. However precious little had been done to upgrade the house in that time. Now with our parents gone we needed to sell it. But who, would be interested in a unrenovated 2 bed room house on a busy street? What was it worth? What would we need to do to get it ready? There was nothing in the suburb similar to this house sold recently that could be used as a guide. Plus we were all leading busy lives on another side of Sydney. Rob and Julie saw the challenges of the property as an opportunity. They impressed us straight away, they knew the local market, and they listened to us. They suggested a simple strategy that emphasised the strengths of the property and took advantage of current market interest. Rob always kept us updated and guided us through the process to sale. He did not over promise and acted with integrity toward us and prospective buyers.

We purchased a home pre-auction that Rob and Julie were selling in St Ives and I will definitely hire them if we are ever looking to sell: 1. They helped us fall in love with the home - and boy are we in love!! 2. They were very flexible on showing us the home to our family late at night which was very important to us as buyers and got us more emotionally invested 3. When times were stressful Rob was good at reminding us why we were doing the deal (and I'm so glad he did) and kept us in the process which ultimately led to a good outcome for his client but also we are so thankful for the outcome, we love the home and the street and the suburb and the fact that we can give our little girl a home :) ! 4. The team has been super responsive - quick responses across all hours of morning and night (we exchanged contracts at 10pm on a Friday night! 5. They are honest people which, from a buyers standpoint, made us feel more comfortable with the process and allowed us to be open about issues that were concerns for us and on the negotiation day the team really tried to help us get comfortable with our concerns 6. Genuinely just lovely people to deal with I feel that without their input we wouldn't be in the process of settling our forever home. For all their efforts and open, respectful engagement I would absolutely recommend them!

When the market is hot and your property is perfect, I'm sure that there are plenty of agents that could do the job. When the house being sold is not perfect, and the market is cooling you need a professional like Rob to get a result. He is tenacious, faithful, and optimistic (without being unrealistic). His knowledge of buyer behaviour and the overall market is unrivalled. He never gave up on our property, ultimately delivering a fair price when we were ready to take a low offer. Kudos.
