When times were stressful Rob was good at reminding us why we were doing the deal (and I'm so glad he did) and kept us in the process which ultimately led to a good outcome for his client but also we are so thankful for the outcome, we love the home and the street and the suburb and the fact that we can give our little girl a home :) ! 4. The team has been super responsive - quick responses across all hours of morning and night (we exchanged contracts at 10pm on a Friday night! 5. They are honest people which, from a buyers standpoint, made us feel more comfortable with the process and allowed us to be open about issues that were concerns for us and on the negotiation day the team really tried to help us get comfortable with our concerns 6. Genuinely just lovely people to deal with I feel that without their input we wouldn't be in the process of settling our forever home. When the market is hot and your property is perfect, I'm sure that there are plenty of agents that could do the job. When the house being sold is not perfect, and the market is cooling you need a professional like Rob to get a result. He is tenacious, faithful, and optimistic (without being unrealistic).
