I worked with Robert Younis at First Nation Wes Ryde real estate to sell my house in Ryde and buy a duplex in Ermington. Robert made it easy and made sure I was informed but making my own decisions at every step of the way. He was very concerned about getting value for the Home buyers he represents. Very thorough with informing as to the pluses and minuses of a particular home helping the customer to make an educated decision. He definitely listened to me and what’s better is that he was good about telephone and email communication when that would be faster for both of us and gave me time to read and review info he was giving me before making decisions on pricing, terms, etc. Hopefully I’m not selling / buying again soon but if I were I’d go with Robert again at XXX real estate!!
