I worked with Robert Younis at First Nation Wes Ryde real estate to sell my house in Ryde and buy a duplex in Ermington. Robert made it easy and made sure I was informed but making my own decisions at every step of the way. He was very concerned about getting value for the Home buyers he represents. Very thorough with informing as to the pluses and minuses of a particular home helping the customer to make an educated decision. He definitely listened to me and what’s better is that he was good about telephone and email communication when that would be faster for both of us and gave me time to read and review info he was giving me before making decisions on pricing, terms, etc. Hopefully I’m not selling / buying again soon but if I were I’d go with Robert again at XXX real estate!! I’d give them 6+ stars if I could.

Robert has been very professional in his conduct, and is an excellent communicator. He is very responsive, and you can be assured to get replies to your emails, and returns to your calls.

The auctioneer he uses was amazing and the final outcome was well beyond what I had hoped for. I received many comments from locals just observing at the auction that they were so impressed they wish they could appoint Robert and the team, if only they were selling. A very high compliment! Got an awesome price for my property.

Since renting out my unit through Robert for the last few years I have always found him to be very helpful and direct in matters regarding the property’s management. He helped me find good tenants who treated it with respect, and always provided lots of information on the unit and the state of the property market. When it came time to sell, Robert took care of everything very promptly and secured a sale within a couple of weeks. He maintained excellent communication with me throughout the process and I always knew where I stood, he was even able to negotiate a higher than anticipated price on my behalf (a record high price for the unit block in fact). Robert has a very personable manner and a shrewd intellect for the property game- I believe that anyone who is thinking of selling would do very well to choose him as their Agent.

Robert was/is the most competent sales person and I would trust Robert to sell any of my properties if I had more to sell. Robert is also a very likable young man with a good nature.
