I missed the open house on the Saturday - and was returning interstate on the Monday morning. Robyn had never met me before, but she went out of her way to meet me on the Sunday morning and show me the property. She then had the patience to work with me while I was on the road north; sorting out offers, making sure she was available when I was actually in reach of a phone signal, and ensuring all the paperwork was sent when my offer was given and accepted (yay for DocuSign). She was always positive and accessible without being pushy, and by the time I got back home everything was sorted and it was just a matter of letting the conveyancers do their work up until settlement. I sincerely hope I won’t be moving house again anytime soon, but I would absolutely recommend Robyn and the team at Methven for anyone needing to buy property.
