Whilst engaging with Robyn she was very professional and at the same time friendly and courteous. She listened to my needs, was always punctual and went out of her way to assist me in all aspects of the buying process. For example, at 10.30pm of a Sunday night I wrote her an email which she could read the following morning. To my surprise I received an email back with answers to my queries ten minutes later.
