This was our first investment property in the Northern Rivers area and we looked at many prospective properties with many different agents. Agents don't always provide leads to properties that suit your criteria, but Robyn advised us of properties that suited our needs. There weren't many, but the few properties Robyn showed us were worth looking at. We settled on a suitable property at Goonellabah and that's where Robyn's real estate skills came into play. It can be difficult at times for an agent to maintain the loyalty to the right side of the deal. (i.e. Buyer or Seller) We believe that Robyn provided a balanced service to us and the seller, by carefully sticking to the facts of the matter. Robyn is a bright and cheerful agent who maintained a great standard of communication throughout the process.
