This was our first investment property in the Northern Rivers area and we looked at many prospective properties with many different agents. Agents don't always provide leads to properties that suit your criteria, but Robyn advised us of properties that suited our needs. It can be difficult at times for an agent to maintain the loyalty to the right side of the deal.
