Rochelle met with us to do a market appraisal on our property in North Caulfield. We were considering selling sometime in 2016. It was in the last quarter on 2015 and we had too much on the go to prepare the house for a late year campaign. Not all that responsive once the deal was done. Made a few comments about the property that were later found to be innacurate. Good negotiator however.
