Rochelle met with us to do a market appraisal on our property in North Caulfield. We were considering selling sometime in 2016. It was in the last quarter on 2015 and we had too much on the go to prepare the house for a late year campaign. The following weekend we had a call from Rochelle that she had a potential purchaser wishing to view the house. We were not in Melbourne that weekend. The inspection occurred and within a week a no fuss sale process was concluded to the satisfaction of the purchaser and ourselves. Four weeks later we completed the sale process. Not all that responsive once the deal was done. Made a few comments about the property that were later found to be innacurate. Good negotiator however.

This unit needed much more work than we envisaged or were prepared to put into it. We are still interested in similar stand alone units in this area.
