Rocky Mammone surpassed all my expectations as far as any 'Real Estate Agent' goes. After just speaking to him, he knew exactly how I wanted to handle the Sale of my parents house. It was hard enough to make the decision in the first place and I was very lucky that I found Richardson and Wrench in Five Dock. 1. Rocky gave me options to decide from and once I decided he went with it without question 2. When I asked for his opinion (when I couldn't decide and looked completely confused), he gave his opinion on the basis of other properties he had already Sold as to what worked best, but never pushed and gave me sensible time frames to work with 3. Rocky's professionalism, Communication Skills, Understanding and Empathy throughout the whole process made it easy for me at the hardest time in my life as knew that I had put my trust into someone else's hands with my parents home and where I grew up.
