Rod was the auctioneer for my mothers place at 26 Lockhart Road North Ringwood. From the start my mum felt comfortable with him, he listened and did exactly what he said he would. He and his assistant Nicole kept me up to date with the process and how strong the market was in the area. With mum in Cairns and me interstate, he rang after every open house and seemed genuinely excited with the amount of buyers through the property. At the actual auction he was very impressive not harassing potential bidders and bidders alike. It ran very smoothly and the result surprised me (958k) and was a great result for mum.
