I apologise for not replying with a review for Rod before now but I only actually met him once and that was when he came to 380 Swansea Road with Ian Williams (the advocate) and two other estate agents from other companies to look over and value our home, as that was the only time I met him I find it hard to form a proper opinion. Nicole was the only person who I met for inspections and spoke to on the telephone, apart from one phone call to Rod I had no contact with him apart from that. However I do most certainly appreciate all he must have done, along with Nicole to sell my home at 380 Swansea Road, and I wish them both well for the future. Rod was a complete professional. Extremely helpful and had a lot to do with the house selling quickly. Great guy also. Tough gig selling houses in a pandemic, but more than rose to all challenges. Best in the business.
