I found Rod to be a person who was easy to associate with from our first meeting and I feel he worked hard to get the good result we received. He is a person who is dedicated to his job and seems to have the attitude of not putting work off and do it now ideology. My wife and I are glad we used Gary J Smith and had Rod Smitherman as our agent..

Overall with regards to market knowledge, credibility, communication, negotiation & personability he is in his own league! I would only use him in the future to buy and sell a property.

Rod Smitheran made the process of selling our home easy and took extra steps to ensure we received the best outcome .His hard work and knowledge of our suburb was definitely beneficial. We would recommend Rod to everyone. He is a true professional and genuinely a nice guy.

Rod is one of the most honest and trustworthy agents we came across. He keeps on top with communication and is true to the information he provides. He helped us in buying the house we really liked and was very helpful and professional with the paper works.

Rod did a great job in selling our home. The process couldn't been easier. We would highly recommend him.

Rod is a very experienced and professional agent. He was able to answer almost all the questions I had regarding house conditions and fixing some minor problems as the house is already in very good condition for the age. Overall a very helpful angent that will definitely recommend.

Although i already had the privilege of knowing Rod previously through the old glory days of footy i can't imagine anyone could do business with him without forming a friendship. He is open, upfront and honest and he knows what he is talking about. He won't over estimate and offer you the sky as the limit. He gives sound advice and knows how to advertise your property to achieve it's highest potential. It is obvious that he enjoys what he does and cares a great deal for his clients. He certainly went above and beyond for us and i have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. I doubt you could find better in this business.

Very happy with Rod, what I liked about him was he doesn't talk rubbish and he gets the job done. Recommend him to everyone.

Rod achieved the result my wife and I were hoping. Very professional and had an in depth knowledge of the area and what was a guiding price. The Wife and I needed a fast sale and Rod achieved this much to our enjoyment. Would recommend to anyone wanting to sell, first class guy.

Rod was professional, honest, open and kept us totally informed along the way. His appraisal of our property was exactly in the range we sold for again demonstrating his market knowledge. He was easy to deal with and feedback from family and friends through his opens supported my positive comments also.
