As a home buyer I found him to be extremely professional and hard-working, providing me with regular notifications about properties matching my criteria even before they officially hit the market. My first conversation with him at an open inspection one day lead to us finding the perfect home for our daughter and son-in-law within months. Rod was friendly and welcoming from the first time we met. He was exceptionally honest throughout the whole process and kept us informed of any information as required. He worked hard on what ended up being a challenging negotiation process, which produced a good result for both seller and buyer. Highly recommended.

Honest, transparent and knowledgeable. He talked us through the process and what to expect in different possible scenarios, which left me comfortable throughout the process. Came with a recommended plan to sell, including things that we could do to help the sale - and justified each recommendation without pressure to do it. Kept me informed at every point along the process. Most importantly, he set expectations on sale price and the final sale price was pretty much bang on (was a little bit more which is great). Overall we felt like our interests were being taken care of by someone during a stressful time.

Rod was always very friendly and courteous and was generally available on demand. Only criticism would be that he gave us an expectation that we would receive a higher offer than that finally achieved . He organized the placement of furniture in the unit and the cleaning of swimming pool which was much appreciated .

After dealing with several other agents trying to purchase a home seemed like it was impossible..seemed like every agent was judgemental , pushy, dishonest and just a pain to deal with.. and my partner and i actually almost quit bothering to find an investment property... until we met rod... we went to an open house.. rod was more than helpful but not smothering and pushy.. polite and happy to help with any questions we had.. we were able to liase and negotiate with him very smoothly and the whole process was just so easy dealing with him.. i will definatley be recomending rod to friends and family and using him in future sales or purchases. He is an honest guy and treats u like your one of his mates. cant say a bad word about our buying experience with rod at all.
