From the start, Rod was helpful and informative and didn’t oversell us anything. He was able to tell us clear reasons why our property was worth our list amount, comparisons to the current market as well as the process going forward - all very important as we hadn’t sold a property before. The marketing of the house was clear, and easy to do. The walk through allowed all agents at Remax to know our property which demonstrated what a great team are operating at remax. Our house was on the market for 6 days when Rod secured us a full price offer! He organised everything quickly, and even though it was the Christmas break, our house settled and went through on time. Rod was always there to follow up on any question I had regarding the property. Always returned my calls within a few days. I couldn't of wished for a better agent. The only thing I would suggest that there is appropriate hand over as I don't know how to use the pool or automatic watering systemss so there is a smooth change over.
