Rod was always there to follow up on any question I had regarding the property. Always returned my calls within a few days. I couldn't of wished for a better agent. The only thing I would suggest that there is appropriate hand over as I don't know how to use the pool or automatic watering systemss so there is a smooth change over.

As Rod was unknown to us before the purchase it was refreshing to be treated with respect from the outset.
