She focuses on the 4213 postcode, including Mudgeeraba, Worongary, Tallai, Bonogin, Austinville, Nerang, Springbrook and Merrimac — communities she knows intimately and proudly serves.
After joining the LJ Hooker brand in 2019, Roelien quickly established herself as a top-performing agent. Recognised within the top 2.5% of the LJ Hooker network in 2022, she is currently ranked among the top 10% nationally and has been awarded Agent of the Year for her local area for five consecutive years.
In March 2025, Roelien stepped into business ownership, opening LJ Hooker Mudgeeraba following the successful rebranding of an existing agency.
