The leadup to the sale was very slow but Roelien remained patient and forebearing, repeating instructions and explaining proceedures several times. When the sale finally started she moved quickly and effeciently and onbtained a sale almost immediatley. She supported me through the indecision of a shorter than desired settlement. The building report was a challenge and she advised me continually as to how to manage the challenges and negotiate the compromise. The finance issue was a very trying time with assurances of the money being available but no official acceptance. This forced the settlement out by two weeks. She negotiated a rental agreement which met my stringent conditions even though I felt she, persoanlly, thought I was being a bit precious. When the pressure got too much for me, she would call around and have a drink and a chat just to help me though the emotions. When the removalists let me down she worked at night in her own time to find me a contact who was able to help me out. She was remarkable in telling me many times the different states of play as I would get confused and reminding of stuff I had forgotten to do. She was always patient.. and polite. I can thoroughly recommend Roelien as an agent.. and a freind.
