Roger Loughnan (with his long time helper Monica) persisted with a complex situation involving complex and unknown future expenses and the buyer and myself were able to meet in the middle, with little to go on. Roger handled it perfectly for both buyer and seller, conveyancers and, after a big learning curve, we got there in the end, and everyone managed to remain respectful and helpful for an outcome to satisfy all parties.

Rodger arranged an inspection of the property for me at extremely short notice and then a further inspection a few days later when my partner flew up; both times the house was fully opened-up, lights on and ready to view when we arrived and Roger was unobtrusive and let us take as much time as we needed to look things over and come to a decision. Roger was also able to recommend an excellent local conveyancer to me, oversaw the building & pest inspection, and even arranged to do the pre-purchase inspection for me as I was travelling overseas at the time of settlement.
