Having looked for our 'forever home' for more than 2 years, my husband & I have had a great deal of recent experience communicating with real estate agents and agencies throughout the Sunshine Coast. We found Roger very professional, although I am not a fan of the Dutch Auction technique with any benefits mostly accruing to the seller and agent! We would also suggest that agents take more time and care in researching the neighbourhood hood to discover potential developments and not relieve solely on the integrity of the seller. It was a most distressing experience to discover developements after signing.
