We had the misfortune of putting our property on the market 2 weeks before the COVID crisis broke, we watched house inspections cease and buyers disappear. My experience of buying a property via Roger Vogelsang as the real estate agent was all positive. During the process I never felt pressured to buy but rather felt that Roger was genuine about brokering the best (fair) deal for both the buyer and the seller and could be trusted. Roger Vogelsang did what every other agent couldn’t do. After interviewing & commissioning a number of agents , none of which ‘delivered’ me anything, I was introduced to Roger. My only regret is not appointing him earlier. Even when we thought the deal might fall over, he had another one in the wings ( within 5 hours!). AMAZING !
