As a buyer, I found Roger to be professional and courteous at all stages through the process. He made me aware of our rights and was a clear and effective communicator throughout. Equally, Roger represented the Seller's interests very well during negotiations and has great knowledge of the Moorooka and Tarragindi areas. Great process and very professional. Roger was easy to deal with and very approachable. He came across honest and down to earth and didn't try to baffle us with bullshit or unrealistic prices. What Rodger said he would do he delivered on. The photos of the house where excellent and presented it amazingly.
Roger was very easygoing and helpful during the buying process. As a first home buyer, you feel you have a number of 'silly questions'.. however Roger was happy to answer any questions. I thought the process of purchasing would be more stressful, however it has been relatively straightforward.
