Firstly, I want to begin by mentioning that I have bought and sold 8 different properties in the past 20 years, so I do speak with some experience. I found Roger Wardly and his team very easy to work with. Furthermore, they communicated clearly and followed through proactively with all of the potential buyers to identify the parties with real interest. Due to COVID we were only able to get in 3 open inspections before we entered lock-down. Roger worked diligently with the interested buyers to commit them to enter early offers waiving the cooling off period. The winning offer broke the building records, surpassed our reserve, and closed within 2 weeks of listing. But that is not what was most impressive about Roger. My wife had taken my daughter to the country (2 hours away) the day prior to lock-down, so we were in 2 separate locations with Roger in yet a 3rd. We needed the contracts signed to close the deal so Roger arranged us to sign the documents electronically on our iPhone's, and we closed that night.
